For experienced mind/body instructors (please note: this course will not count towards 200hr RYT) YogaFit Basics is fast track training into the world of YogaFit. An opportunity for experienced mind/body instructors or those with their current 200RYT to take advantage of the new YogaFit Specialty programming such as YogaFit Sweat, YogaLean and YogaCore. This training highlights the key elements of the YogaFit teaching style: the YogaFit Essence of staying present, listening to our bodies and letting go of judgement and expectations. The three mountain format, SPA principles of alignment and transformational language are also explained. This is a one day training, recommendation from Fitness Manager or prior 200RYT with another school is required in order to attend this training.

ATTENTION NEW STUDENTS: If you are taking a YogaFit Teacher Training for the very first time, it is mandatory that you obtain a copy of Beth Shaw's, YogaFit (2nd Ed.), prior to the training. This text is a tremendous resource to have read prior to the first training taken with YogaFit and will give you a head start into the program.
